i was greeted with a signature cocktail upon arrival, a welcome treat after a long journey. the staff were helpful . the breakfast offered many options with great value for money, so i always started my days well.
the light on the mirror in my room was not working.

the location was quite central, made getting around relatively easy.
I found the room size quite small. It felt cramped. the air conditioning was also a problem as i couldn't adjust it below 19 degrees. finally the safe wasn't bolted down, this worried me.

The hotel has a very convenient, central location. My room included tea and coffee making facilities. The shower was powerful and I liked it.
My room was small and not great. Staff were not very friendly. The bathroom felt cramped and small.

The room size was a problem for me. It was too small. I barely had space to move around the bed. the staff seemed distracted and uninterested. It took a while to get their attention for simple requests. The check-in process felt impersonal. I didn't feel welcomed.
